Got these names from another corn site. Maybe you'll find one you'll like. In case you're wondering, I didn't type each of these out- I copied and pasted them- duh. BTW, Artemis is already taken by my Carolina.

:D

Nice list, Neil, but why'd you stop to P?

:)

I'm not a very good "namer". I don't think I'm very creative, but I've only ever named one snake that I haven't seen. My pets names usually reflect something about the way they look or act. Sometimes the name is related to their genetics too, such as my pair of double-het for hypo-a and hypo-b are Jekyll and Hydea (because of the "split" genetics, get it? well I thought it was cute) :) I have another pair that are also double het for both types of hypo but they also are het for amel, and I named that pair Hardy and Laurel (ok, so I just dated myself.)

What type of corn snake is it? Does it have any distinguishing markings? Any distinctive character traits?

I just copied the list from the site- obviously not finished yet or else he ran out of names lol.

OK, I know this isn't a popular position around here, but I just have trouble naming an animal with NO EARS, but that's just me!

My wife and kids on the other hand have named their favorites:

Okie (three guesses as to the morph of THAT one)
Dokie(an anery that immediately followed Okie, of course)
Melanie (the amel)
Lace (the snow)
Pumpkin (the creamsicle male)
Sienna (his creamsicle mate)
and Pearl (the motley snow)

Maybe one of these days the "naming the snakes" bug will catch in me too, but for now I just let the wife and kids name them. Me? I just feed, water, clean, build racks, breed, and sell them. That seems like a fair distribution of labor doesn't it?
