can you feed corn snakes crickets?

Corn Snakes need rodents as their main food supply. Very few snakes actually eat crickets as their main food source.

I have a rough green snake that eats crickets and other insects, but he is so small he couldn't eat a mouse if he wanted it!
 
lol i only wanted to feed it one :p wanted to see it try and strike a movin object hehe but i guess dangling a dead mouse will have to do :p
 
Before I went to adult mice, I was feeding live fuzzies. Some of them were active enough to try to make a break for it. The speed that your snake can strike is really quite impressive!:eatsmiley:
 
Yes, the rare legless corn lizard. They eat mango's too! Sorry if I sounded abrupt, but I had just finished reading a recent post on Petco, and that's what they were feeding their corns. They were also telling potential owners that they ate those!!
 
Lol. Why stop at mangos? A nutritional meal should consist of a bowl of cereal, a fruit such as a mango, and some milk.

Decaf is better because it doesn't get the snake as hyper.

But regular is good for healing snakes or breeding ones.
 
I can just picture them sucking down a double latte. Foam on their little snakey lips!
