Out in ontario Already!? Ive been out every day for the last 2 weeks and havent seen one.. Im about 40 mins south of London.. Where you located!?:)

Too bad I moved from Louisiana I used to see plenty of garters in my garden, but I guess I gotta look up what reptiles that live in Indiana now it's getting warmer out.
Garters were my favorite snakes when growing up I allways watched them in the garden I was scared to touch them when I was younger so I just watched them and refilled waterdishes for them to drink out of I don't know if they drink out of them but I thought they'd like it. hehe

I remember as a child, I had one friend who was snake crazy, and would catch these guys all the time. One bit him pretty good one time though, and that temporarily tainted my view of snakes. It has since returned after I got to pet a gigantic python.
