I know its not even January, but my adults just started getting warmed up today, so for me at least, the seasons feeling just around the corner.

Any fun project you've got planned that your willing to share?

I'm hoping for a successful clutch from my amel stripe female this year and seeing some great ultramel motleys het stripe and caramel. She didn't lay a single good egg last year in two clutches, but she jumped right back from the double clutching so maybe she'll do better this year.

I also can't wait for some ultramels het charcoal and caramel poss het motley so i can start growing them up for a fun (and confusing...) F2.

So? Whats planned for 2009?

My plans are
ghost * ghost
snow motley * snow motley
sunglow or amel het. caramel, bloodred, motley * sunglow motley
amel het. caramel, bloodred, motley or butter het. bloodred * amel het. caramel, bloodred, motley

I know, it's not much special, but I will be happy if all this works and stays alive.

Couple of nice pairings you got going again this year Turner. I think I might have to get a couple of babies this year from "Sorrano". She has got to be one of the coolest looking Ultramels I have ever seen.
Here is what we have planned for this year............

Jay

Glad you like Serrano, Jay. she's looking great and has broken 300 grams, as expected. I plan on breeding her back to Archimedes, golddust het motley, but I want to see how she's doing in another month or so. It would be a fun clutch, especially if she turns out to be het motley, too.

TriplemoonsExotic - thanks for linking me. I haven't been on a lot so guess i missed it the first time round.

I've been wanting to play with Amels and charcoals just to see what I'd get. I might be bringing up a clutch of blizzards too, if Frosty is anything like his siblings. :santa:
