I think it's funny how cat's have already learned to manipulate people. Dog's don't quite get it, because if their nice they'll stop when you tell them to, but cat's just don't care. They won't stop meowing until they get fed or put outside, because they know we'll do it and they just have the will to outlast us.

Same here. Our cat's whine at first, but if that doesn't work they change their agenda. They jump on the counter or the table, and then they rub into every vertical faced item, knocking it right over!.
