Centralian (Bredl's) python

DaemoNox

Abyssus abyssum invocat
The newest member of my family. Native to Australia, they are a desert species, liking higher temps and lower humidity. They are related to carpet pythons, averaging from 6-8 feet long with a slightly larger girth then other members of the Morelia genus. Most in the US can still be traced back to one of two main captive bred lines.

Awesome

BEAUTIFUL Specimen's!!!!! A good freind of mine Don Hamper produces alot of these along with many other species of Austalian reptiles. He also produces Boelens pythons. Are these from his blooline?
Looks as though you have an awesome collection !

Thanks! This little guy is from the Lazik line. My dream is to one day work with Boelens, those are amazing snakes.

The Aussie local pythons are pretty neat. We have two Jungle Carpet Pythons but my fav in our collection is the Diamond Jungle Cross mainly just because she is different.

Nice! I thought those were classified as carpets. Centralians look like a cross between a Coastal Carpet and an Angolan python to me.

Make sure to post lots more pics in the future so I can live vicariously through you :)
