Charcoal?

Katt

Canadian Corn Fan
Hello. New to the cornsnakes forum, but not new to corns.

I hatched out this li'l guy (waiting for the rest to hatch) from a blizzard x blood red clutch. A little bit surprising, but then, I know nothing of the genetics of the parents.

Now he looks charcoal to me, but so many of your are experts and I would like your opinions. Thank you!

Looks like it could be a charcoal, but only breeding trials will tell for sure. Since one parent is a blizzard (known het charcoal) and the other parent is a bloodred (alot of breeding has been done with bloodreds and charcoal to get pewters), the odds are in your favor for the hatchling to be a charcoal, and het pewter as well (a morph I'm very interested in myself and I can't wait for my pair of charcoals het pewter to arrive from Rich).
