Cheap but effective ways to heat?

Actually I have been hoping she'd accidentally find out, with me there though, lol. Like I kind of hoped she'd walk in while I was holding him, so I would be forced to tell her. I'm no good with confrontations like this. Plus, I have no idea how to tell her....just pull him out and say "Hey, meet Drake! He's your new roomie!" or what?
 
I would explain first of all your sorry for not talking to her about "something" first. She's a chick butter her up,lol Then explain you know bringing anything into the room without her permission is rude and you want the two of you to get along since you live together-more buttering. Then take him out and explain what he means to you, that his caging is secure, and that he'll never get big like a boa or python. Ask her to think about accepting her third roomie, see if she wants to touch him, and tell her even though she may not love him you wanted to be honest and clear the air. Most sane people would be leary, but accepting if your upfront first:)
 
Alright I shall try that. We both are pretty easy going people so hopefully all that buttering up wont really be necessary, but I will do it nonetheless. Thanks!
 
Well, I told her, and just as I thought she kind of freaked out, but I don't think she will tell the RA...she just kind of was like "Ooohhh, ewww, why do you have a snake!? Where did you get it!?" and then she kind of rushed out of the room because she "had homework to do"... e_e;
 
SHE TOLD!!! OMFG SHE TOLD ON ME!!! I knew I shouldn't have listened to the people who kept telling me to let her know...omfg now I'm depressed.
 
Wow. That's gotta feel really crappy. Unfortunately, when we do what we should do it doesn't usually end up the way we want. What's gonna happen?

Blaming US is just sad and silly. I know you're upset, but come on...

She was going to find out one way or another, it was only a matter of time. The mistake was bringing the snake in without consent of the roommate, not telling listening to people who urged you to do the right thing.

Sorry to hear you got in trouble.
 
I wasn't blaming you I was blaming myself for listening to you.

And the snake wasn't doing any harm, there was no reason for her to go and tell on me.

The snake will go live with a friend of mine from Herpetology Club until I can take him home this summer.
 
I'm sorry Daenerys! You will lose your snake as you write some posts back?
And what will be the consequences for you?
 
The RA never said I would be in any more trouble besides having to give up my snake. And a guy in the Herpetology Club said that when he got caught once thats all they made him do, until he got caught a second time. The second time they made him write an essay as to the reasons pets are not allowed in the dorms. Instead he wrote it about why they SHOULD be allowed in the dorms XD

But yeah, today my Drakey goes to live in a different place....but luckily, its a close by place and I will get to visit him! :D
