So I went and bought Snipper a 'new' 20 gallion tank

this was was previously used for a python
It came with items

How do I clean them so I know they're safe for my snake to use?

I went all new for Atlas so I have no personal experience here. But if you're not comfortable with the ideas mentioned there (baking, bleach, vinegar) you could always look into getting some veterinary grade cleanser such as Chlorhexadine or F10 Veterinary Disinfectant.
