I just want to make sure I'm doing this right. I breed a Normal Aztec,(het amel) to a Creamsickle. What do I sell the Non-Amel babies as? Normals?, Non-Amel Creamsickles?, Root beers?....
Hey Warren, whats up? I never did get pics of your 1/4 keys babies!
Non-amel corn x emoryi crosses are usually called Root Beers but some (Don S. included) really dislike that name. The latest PC name that has been going around that is Soderburg approved (lol) is emoryi corns. Of course you will get a few fanatics saying they should only be called emoryi corns if the are a 50/50 cross, but then won't come up with an answer as to what you should call them. But for the most part I think they should be called emoryi corns.
Send me some pics.
Thanks for answering my email. Any idea how much one would ask for one of those?
Hey, I will send some pics as soon as I figure out how. You see, I'm just now getting my system set up for showing pics. It may take a little while but I HOPE to get things going soon!!! I've got a lot of babies out and would like to show some of them off when I can!
What about labelling them with percentages? For example, if his "emoryi" corns are 75% corn and 25% emoryi, then they could just be called 25% emoryi corns. That way, whomever purchases one would know exactly what they are getting.
