Has a bit of a special moment with my little Motley hurricane last morning. I was watching a dvd so I got her out to handle her whilst I watched, after about 20 mins or so she kept putting her nose right into my palms and really really pushing. At first I just thought she was being playful, then I noticed that her skin had peeled off a little. She then went between my fingers and used my hand to peel off the rest of her skin in one long tug ending up resting on my chest.

It was really amazing to share that with her and to feel that since ive got her she now trusts me. Im getting all soppy now.... ill shut up lol.

Shes bigger than this now and much less brown tinted. More silvery, shes stunning. :rolleyes:
 
She is stunning, having that experience must be soo cool. Well, she does have a really nice color now too. Did you see her go in blue? Or was it a surprise to you too?

Well anywho congrats.
 
I did notice her eyes but it was only 4 weeks after her last shed so I didnt really expect it to happen so fast!
 
thats very kewl. My ghost had a partial shed this past week. Most of it came off except for a 4 inch section under his chin and down his neck. So I took him out and got a warm wet paper towel and started to rub it down his neck. At first he jerked away like it bothered him but then I guess he could feel it was loosening up because he got real still as I gently rubbed and then, grabbing a hold of a loose piece began to tug. It softly came off. And as I pulled in one direction he began to tug in the other direction, like teamwork. It was neat.
 
She is a very gorgeous snake. I am glad you got to share that special moment with her. Its very adorable and she is certainly a beautiful snake. :cheers:
 
Dang, and here I thought being able to see my snake actually shed in it's tank was cool. Your very lucky to have been able to be holding your snake and have it shed in your hands.
