I believe my snake is getting ready to shed. I say I believe because I'm inexperienced but he does seem dully and his eyes seem foggy. Hes 3 just for your info. Usually He hangs out on his warm side in his hide. Lately since Iv noticed he looks like he is going to shed he hasn't moved from the cold side. The warm side is controlled and stays about 83 the cool side fluctuates between 70-75. Any idea why he has changed where he want to be?
 
The hide on the cool side might feel more secure or he might just need to be cooler for a while.

I wouldn't worry about it. As long as your temps are within their safe range, the snake will choose where it wants to be and that might change from time to time.
