As the snake grows does the color become more or less vivid? How about the definition between the saddles do they become more or less defined as they age? My normal(that is what it is supposed to be) has some gray between its saddles and in some places some red will the gray turn red?

Yellow is the pigment that develops most as they grow. Normals can start off looking amost black and white, but as the yellow develops, the oranges and browns become more pronounced. "final" adult colours are usually established by the age of three-ish. Snows can develop pale washes of yellow or orange seemingly at any point in their life.

On yours, if it's a hatchling then the grey areas have a good chance of going more orange, red or brown. However, some forms of Normal can have greyish backgrounds.
