Comedy in Education

Nice.

If I was a teacher, sometimes it would be hard for me to keep a straight (serious) face.

Some funny ones. The kilometer one was sad. The teacher actually expected the student to accept teachings without question even if wrong.

When I saw the half-breed, I was wondering if it was a racist remark or a muggle remark. Later on:

Calling a teacher 'muggle'. LOL.

I agree that the kilometer thing was sad but it's also in the best interest of the teacher to promote a good conduct so, if the student was actually rebelling in front of his teacher instead of just talking it then it's fair I guess. I learned that a long time ago...

One of college teachers got offended once because a couple of classmates "changed" the meaning of CD. I told one of them, pass me the CD and they were like: "OH MY GOD PROFESSOR DID YOU JUST HEAR WHAT HE SAID ABOUT THE CD". Me: "The Compact Disc." Them: "THAT'S NOT WHAT IT MEANS" Me: "Professor, I assure you..." Professor: "Shut up Alex, I know what CD Means. Sit down!". All this time they were doing noises like "OOOOHHH" and they almost got me out of the class and the teacher got mad with me after that. It was an IT subject, so I didn't see it coming that my teacher would be neglecting the true meaning of the acronym CD.

The whole Muggle thing and Hunger Game references were so funny! Those people deserve an applause.
