Corns don't really need a "bath" in the sense that we use it, meaning washing the snake to get rid of dirt. They don't need to be cleaned, and "washing" a corn could be harmful. As Medusa said, if you want to give it a water soak thats fine but most people only do so before or after a shed. Giving your snake a soak every once in a while is fine but if you try to soak them every day to clean them then you aren't going to have a happy snake. You're not going to have a clean snake so you should just get used to washing your hands after holding your corn. Hope this helps.
