Corn/Coulbrid Morphs

I don't know if this is the right site for this question but here goes... Is it widely accepted that Colubrids share homologous traits, or has compatibility been recorded in traits other than amel?

An example of what I mean by homologous... Amel gene, in corns, shares the same loci in milks/kings, thus amel corn X amel king results in amel hybrids.

Not to be confused with analogous traits, which are derived from independent mutations on different loci. An example would be hypo, ultra, sunkissed, and lava. These genes all give a hypomelanic effect, but are incompatible with one another.

I ask because I have recently been looking at Brooks, Honduran, and Nelson's morphs. It seems that the "jelly" morph in Brooks, and "amel T+" in Nelson's is synonymous with "ultramel" in corns. Not saying these genes originated from hybrids, but rater from common ancestry (on evolutionary scale). Again back to the original question, and thanks for the help!
