Corn Snake 911 Please Help!

I purchased a baby anery corn about four or five weeks ago and after having it for only a few days, I made the decision that the new baby corn was ready to feed. The store was unsure if he'd eaten before they got him in. So I put a pinkie into a feeding box with him and when I checked on him in a few hours he was gone!!! NOW! Last sunday, close to four weeks later we found him trying to get across the linoleum. SO HAPPY! now its been three more days and he show no interest in food? Like doesn't even acknowledge it's there. I bought him from petco, but before I get the lecture that "you should buy from a breeder" "Buy a snake thats has eaten well" I would like to say that I have bought all my reptiles from there because we don't have a breeder or specialty shop close by, this is the first time I ran into any sort of problems. I've tried every feeding technique I could find. I've only seen him try and eat when I first got hime and he tried to eat the pinky sideways then gave up. Please help!

PS: He lives in a smaller kritter keeper with a water dish and a box for a hide. It's always above seventy in there for him and I moniter his husbandry closley.

OK the temperatures will be the easiest thing to fix. If your temperature reading is accurate, 70 is too low.

You need about one-third of the floor of the tank to be around 85 degrees. 70 is fine for the rest of the floor.

If it's too cool, then the snake might not eat because it won't be able to digest properly.

What sort of heating are you using and what sort of thermometer do you have?

i agree with bitsy, if the temps are too low...it will not eat. get the warm end about 84ish and it should eat. also being gone for that long he may be dehydrated so you may wanna mist him a little once you get the temps up. he may drink droplets from himself better than a water bowl.
