Corn snake sudden death

A month ago a Hogness sudden death (30g). Today a corn snake death (weight 270g), in the same way, tumbling, open mouthed, shaking his head and body stiff, finally the body completely soft.
I do not know what the reason, before this all normal, did not find any problems. Now I am afraid that other snakes also have problems like this.
I would like to know what the person can tell the reason, I have begun to fear that other snakes also appear such a problem.
I am a Chinese, English is relatively poor, I hope you can understand, thank you very much.

I'm so sorry for your loss, that's terrible. There's not a lot we can say as to why they died, the only way to be sure is to take it to a vet and have an autopsy done which can cost a lot. Other than that, make sure your set up was absolutely perfect, bad temperatures and things can cause death.
It isn't normal for snakes to die like that, so if you want another you should get another. If buy from a different breeder if possible incase the breeder isn't very reputable. I'm sorry this happened!

I'm sorry for your loss.

Just be very careful with your other snakes. Wash your hands in between handling each snake. Try to keep them isolated from each other until you know what it is. The fact that two died the same way suggests that it may be spread between snakes. Of course, thoroughly sterilize and dry any equipment before using again.

Best wishes and welcome to the forum :wavey:
