also i wonder why my snakes always climbs up his terra and hangs upside down trying to slither across the top of the terra and then falls down couldnt this hurt him ?

Some love climbing, I have a few that climb whenever possible. Normal behavior, It more than likely won't hurt him but giving him a good check over every once in a while is a great thing.

Normal behavior, all of my younger corns do it. Going upside down is a warning flag for me but as long as he's not doing it constantly it's alright.
 
It's not really bad or anything, it's actually really cute, haha. I generally watch out for it because I've come across a stargazer that does it (though he doesn't climb well).
