Corns age?

Is there a way to tell a corns age by its size. My corn was supposed to have hatched in sept of 2009. He is growing nicely but he does not look big enough to me to be a year old. Is there an average weight and length for a 1 yr old corn?

you cant really tell unless you have a hatch date. Everyone feeds abit different and each snake is also different.

btw..... you may wish to shorten your signature line :)

There's no way to tell. I have a 2009 that I just got in who weighs 26 grams, and I have a 2009 that I've had for a year who is 200g. It just depends on how the snake has been fed and what its metabolism is like. I feed every five days, with almost never a missed feeding, and only rarely a feeding that gets stretched out to six days. I slit the mice until the snake is on adults. In my experience, it makes a huge difference in growth.

picture?

I have a yearling just a month older, i'll be doing his weight and length here soon.

4 lines + 1 word on my 17" @ 1024 x 768

Does it use a cane? Still in diapers? Maybe it stays out all night play video games and doesnt pick up his room hahaha

I have a couple yearlings that you would swear are 2010's and a 2yr old that is only 23" 88grams. So many variables in how fast they grow! There is something to give you a clue depending on appearance of particular morphs' color coming in, but you can only generalize a snakes age.

I am on one fuzzy every 6 days. I will post a pic when I get a chance.

i believe shes referring to cutting slits in the mice. This allows the digestive juices to enter deeper into the mice, allowing for quicker, more optimal digestion. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, as I am a newbie

note here: I wasnt rude or anything..... sorry if it came across that way. He adjusted the font siize and now it is 4 lines :)
