Couple of different behaviors I don't understand...

The biggest noob ever
So first off is the rapid breathing. His sides move in and out faster. Does that mean he is stressed? Too hot?

Then he spends a lot of his time curled up in a ball. Is that normal for corn snakes? Does that mean he's too cold?

Is there some site where I can learn about the behavior of corn snakes? I just got my first snake a couple days ago, and I want to make sure I don't kill him off some how. =/ Knowing what he means when he does something sure would help hehe.

In your other thread a poster named "lennycorn" gave you a list of links to pretty much anything you need to read.
Since you also posted there with UTH getting too hot, you had many good answers, I would not rely on Persmart.
Snakes are not the most entertaining creatures, fascinating but they will not do tricks or be your best friend. They will coil and hide as much as possible, they come out early evening and early morning other then that you are not likely to see them. You should have at least two hides for them one cool side , one warm side, and more if it is anything over a 10 gal viv.
