Bought him at a store and I am not sure what Simon is. Color wise and Gender wise! XD

Sorry, cannot help you on gender. However, it is a Classic (Normal). Looks to have nice borders ... so, it could be an Okeetee Phase.
 
Lovely classic with Okeetee phase borders. I'm just not sure how the ground color will turn out as an adult. I see lots of lovely silver that may indicate Miami phase coloration (Okeetee Miamis are gorgeous) but I also see some orange, but not enough to be a true Okeetee phase, IMO. But then, a more typical wild-type ground color has always been my personal favorite so to me, you have a perfect normal!
