Dangers of wild mice?

I live in a rural area and have several friends willing to freeze mice caught in traps. Are there any dangers I should know about?
 
Plenty of dangers, not a good idea at all.

Parasites, disease, pesticides, rat/mouse poison...

You have no idea what they are eating or drinking, what toxins they are exposed to, the list goes on.
