I want to decorate my corn snake cages so that they have a lot of things to climb on and places to hide. What would be good to use? I thought of maybe going to a craft store and getting a whole bunch of fake plants and stuff. Any suggestions? Pics?

Cage Decor

You can decorate in all kinds of ways. Whatever your budget allows. You can use plants (artificial or real), climbing branches, different kinds of hides and interesting looking water dishes.

Just a few guidelines to remember. Use things that are non-toxic and easily cleaned. The climbing will give your snake lots of access to the lid of the enclosure, make sure it is very secure. If you choose to use something that is heavy and can be toppled over onto the snake, make sure you secure it to the enclosure with aquarium sealant.

Have fun:D

Probably the most important thing is to make sure your snake will be safe and secondly that the decor can be easily cleaned, everything else is open season!

Good luck!
