IT'S GOOD TO BE KING
Hey guys,
Well I found a Corn snake last night. Nice looking snake if you ask me. All the markings are perfect (IMO) the blotches don't smear into another and are not weird looking (pretty much round). There is not a perfect snake but to me this has a 41/2 stars out of 5 for its pattern.
I don't usually take snakes from the wild and when I do I let them go a week or so later. (Twice in the past 11 years) This would be the third time. The first time was only because it was in my neighborhood and my neighbors either eat or kill them. (Yes I have some Asian people living around me who eat the local wild life if it goes in their yard) So I kept him for a week and then let him go. The second time was my son’s first corn snake and let him go the same time as the first. A year later I found this on. I took him only because of his perfect makings. I'm sure the guilt will eat at me on this one too but untill that day...
At onetime knew a vet who gave me some deworming meds. (a pill that I cut up and stuck in a mouse’s mouth before the snake ate it) where can I go online and buy some good deworming meds? A freaking visit to the vet takes 2 visits at $20.00 ($40.00)
