I just fed my new corn on the evening of the tenth. That was her third day with me and in her new viv. She's about seven months old and she fed very well.
I expected her to hide after feeding but she's been in the coolest hide in the whole viv. Right now it's only 73F on the coolest side, and the hide she's been in is only two inches from the temp probe against that side of the tank.
Sometime in the past hour she's relocated herself into a fake plant at the very top of the tank but still on the cool side.
She does have hides that range in temp from the cool side up to around 87F. Should I trust her own ability to thermoregulate?
