Just want to share my disapointment with you all. I was hoping to get a rescued corn snake tomorrow and had everything ready and was very excited. (it's my first) but when I phoned up to confirm they said they didn't have any left. So i'll have t wait a few more weeks. just thought all you guys would understand!!! :(

Yeah . . .

I bet you are disappointed. I didn't know there were cornsnake rescues, what's that about? Are you going to get another from the same place or somewhere else?

I can totally relate, I'm ordering some '05 babies and they won't come to me for about a month. I'm trying to be patient . . . LOL . . .

Rescued

The snake rescue is run as a hobby i think by these two very nice people. Basically they look after snakes that have been bought perhaps by parents for their children but the child then get's fed up with it and the snake is unwanted. So they will take it in and rehouse it. They are also supplying me with a viv and all the necessary bits for a lot cheaper than a pet shop and a donation for the snake. also if I go on holiday they will board it for me for a small fee. this way I get a snake and rehome an unwanted pet!!!! :crazy02:

Hope they don't give it away while they're "boarding" it! :wavey:
