I'm planning for the future when my babies will need bigger digs. I have a 75 gallon aquarium I'm thinking about dividing. Would this make enough room for an adult? should the divider be dark or is it ok for them to see each other?

Could I put a smaller snake in a big cage? I'd kinda like to move them before the end of this summer.

I have vivs that are divided by screen, allowing the snakes to see and smell one another, and haven't had a problem. I'd prefer to look at clear, where I could view either partition from the other.

Some hobbyists claim that too large a viv is stressful, but I haven't had that experience. Provided with plenty of hiding places, I think a well-appointed larger viv would be fine. As most adults are housed in 30 gallon or smaller vivs, half of a 75 (37.5 gal.) should provide plenty of space.
 
Thanks, I wasn't sure if there would be enough room for them to stretch, I've never actually seen an adult corn snake. They will have plenty of climbing areas.
