Do you take your snake out when he's hiding?

My snake is hiding almost all the time, so when I want to handle him I have to look for him and take him out of his hiding box, tree branch, moist hiding box or out of his bedding... is that what everyone generally does? or is it better to not take him out of his hiding?

Thanks in advance for your opinions.
toof.

If I only took my corns out when they weren't hiding, I would never get to take them out. They don't seem to mind as long as you approach them calmly from the side.

Mine hides all the time, so when i want to hold him i just look in all of his hides and get him out, never thought it could be wrong but he's use to it and is fine.
