Doing my part for the community

Well as i mentioned in previous threads my grandma likes to keep occupied so besides teaching preschool she teaches ESL at the church due to the large hispanic population in our area there are big classes so I have been teaching ESL at my church it is great fun and I feel like I am helping the community! I really enjoy it! I speak a little spanish and I can still teach it!

That is great David- someone has to teach these kids english before they hit school age.

they are adult and some have kids that I do work with but it is mosley adults

I think it is important for parents to learn English as well as their kids--I work in an after school homework center, and at some of our locations most of the kids come in because their parents cant help them even with Kindergarten homework because it is in a language they can't understand.

Thats where I come in I teach the parents! One of our adults had that problem
