Euthanization

Ahmad Rahim

Corns, corns n more corns
So I'm very new to the reptile world, and I know I'm still a while away from breeding, but I do want to breed in a year or two, I'll probably be fine with selling the snakes, the only problem that I think I will have is euthanizing the malformed snakes. How do you breeders cope with that, I just do not think I will be able to do it, or take it to a vet and let that person do it.

I am not going to lie it sucks. The worst part with me is the making the decision. Most the time you know that it is in the best interest in the snake which makes it tons easier than watching the poor baby suffer. That I can't do.

I agree 100% with you, I'd rather euthanize the snake, quick and painless, rather then let it suffer, and have to watch it suffer.
