feeding a hatchling.

What is he eating now? Have you had hom on double pinks for a few meals?

The way to tell, without a doubt, though is you may feed him a prey item one to one and a half the width of your snake at his widest part.

Should I feed him 2 pinkies for a couple meals to see if he can handle it? Then switch to fuzzies? And should I just put 2 fuzzies in his feeding container when I do?

Yes, put both pinks in at once. And if you are feeding one large pink now, when you go to two, I'd drop the size down a bit to medium. I'd feed double pinks for at least four to six meals. I guess it depends more on how small the fuzzies you can get will be. If they are big fuzzies, it's safer to stay on double pinks longer. But you can always go by the width of your snake, too.
