Feeding Hatchlings

Hi there,

I feed my tiny hatchlings a newborn mouse every 5days. Just make sure that the prey item you give them is not bigger than 1.5x their width at the widest part. :)

for a small hatchling, you will need the smallest newly born mouse pinkies.

Should be 1.2-1.8g. Most of my healthy breeders tend to birth them at around 1.6-1.8g.

If it's a really small hatchling and they are still too big, you can try feeding just a head of a frozen pinky, or cut them in half lengthwise when frozen.
