generally i feed my adult amel one adult mouse every 7 days.
What are all of your feeding cycles?

Also, I plan on getting a 06 baby this winter. (in like a week). How often do you feed your youngsters? I was thinking ill feed a pink about every 5 days.

Hibernation: Does anyone brumate their snakes as yearlings, or do you only brumate "your" snakes the season before you intend to breed them?

The above questions were asked with the intention of hearing everyones stratagies.

I feed hatchlings on pinkies every 4 days, when they go to fuzzies I move to 5, hoppers I do every 6 days, and adult mice 7 days. My one adult is an 03 male and he won't be breeding and I won't brumate him. He goes off feed for a couple months in the spring so I want to make sure he eats all winter. He's on small or weanling rats and I feed him every 14 days. My yearlings I got in early 06 and they're still relatively small and I won't brumate them either.

I don't think there's any point to brumation unless the snake will be breeding, and even then it's apparently not necessary.
