Well, I got them fed! yay! :) And woke up this AM to have a freash shed in the Anery's cage DAMNIT.. Why did it have to be in the 3 day window after feeding.. that I can't hold him and see him! Lol
U can hardly tell he was fed even after he got done. So, Maybe tomorrow. :)

The anery sure killed that f/t mousie before dining! And the little guy is not shy about his meals, is he?
 
The Anery Refused a F/t the day before. So I got a Live Weaned which was smaller then the F/t I tried before..and he ate the live one.. Go figure! lol

And yes, the lil Worm at the Pinkie quicker then I could turn to wash my hands! Lol
Sooo I am going to try to convert the Anery to F/t. Someone told me to dip the Frozen in Egg Yolk before I feed it..and sometimes that helps. Sooo I will try that! lol
 
Just try a fresh-killed with him. I've never heard of dipping in egg yolk for scenting. I'd let him go two weeks now, then offer him a fresh killed weanling.

Sorry for my Dumbness.. I have never done anything other then F/T so everything else is new to me. Lol
 
When you buy the mouse, have the shop kill it. Or do it yourself. Or, what I would do, is offer him a FT of the same size as the one he ate, and heat it to really hot, 105 or so, and blow dry it.

Have you considered that maybe he didn't eat yesterday because he was ready to shed?

Adlai just shed, and refused, so instead of feeding him a live mouse right away I just put him away till the next time, after offering him one reheat. It's one thing to try live with an unestablished hatchling, but a snake his size has had plenty of meals.
 
Just wait till he's old enough to do the springtime hunger strike. That will drive you crazy the first time! Now it's like a mini-vacation!
