Feeding Whilst Shedding.

I Want More Snakes
Hi.

I was just wondering, Does it course the Snake any harm if you feed him whilst he is shedding ? Or coming upto shedding ?
Just one of those questions I dont know. I know it is a good idea not to feed them whilst they are shedding, but can it course them any harm ?
Help would be grateful :D

I don't think it will do any harm, might help by stretching the skin.
Some people's snakes eat at that time, some don't. My snake will refuse, she goes to the mouse and then turns away. I've even tried leaving her with it and she won't eat.
 
I'm new to corns and snakes in general but I don't think it does any harm to them to feed while in blue. My little girl, will eat no matter what, even in blue. She even gives the f/t pinks a squeeze for good measure! lol
 
Thanks for the help. I fed my Snake and he took them no probs.

One other question. Its doesn't delay the Shed at all does it ?
If anything wud it prompt it as it stretches his skin ? ?

i don't know if it prompts them or not, but i have had a bunch shed within hours of eating, heck friday i fed a bunch and my snow started shedding immediately after being put back into her tank.
 
Core, that is rather quick. I Hope mine will shed by wednesday. thats what happened last time anyways. hehe.

I've been told, that it could affect the shed, but this has not been the case with my corn. My corn was blue and gulped down a meal just fine, and his shed was fine.

I would be safe and not feed when in blue or while shedding.
 
Thank for All The info. its been really helpful. Just waiting for him to shed now. Im going away tomorrow till friday and my brother is looking after him for me, so hopefully when I get back he will have shed, ill post some pictures of him once he has shed to show you all.
