Hi guys

I bought my corn snake on the 19th of january 2008 he is now about 5-6months old and about 16inches in length he is still very thin. i feed him one pinkie every 7days is this to little? i was given 8 weeks worht of pinkies when i bought him im on my last 2, should i increase the feeding time to every 5days, then on two fuzzies? thanx
 
I usually go for one every five days, then increase to two at a time when they swallow one and it doesn't create a visible lump.
 
Have a search on these forums for The Munson Plan.
Alot of us use that, it gives approx. measurements for how much to feed.
It goes by your snakes weight to say how much of what to feed it.
 
Just to give you a bit of reference...

I received my corn snake on the 23rd of January and he will be 6 months old on the 8th of March. I am feeding him TWO 1 day old pinkies every 5 days and he looks perfect. Once I am out of the 1 day old pinkies I plan on moving him up to the large 3 day old pinkies, then it'll be one of those every 5 days until I no longer see a lump in him 24 hours later then I will give him TWO large 3 day old pinkies til I run out of those and so on...
 
I would move up to 1 pinkie every 5 days for a couple of feeds, then double pinks every 5-6 days. Thats until he is big enough for fuzzies :)
