Shes def a looker! when i got her i really didnt expect her yellow to turn out so good! But after a few years she just keeps getting more and more of it!

Enjoy!(and dont make fun of my pale legs hah!)

I love the fourth picture!! Her yellow matches the flowers so perfectly it's like you planned it or something ;) ;)

(Cool shoes. My friend has a pair in black. I always have to try to step on her toes when she wears them though.)

Love the ones in the yellow flowers! I also love my fivefingers. I use mine for jogging. If yours start rubbing your feet anywhere, pick up some injiji socks.

@Straydawg
Thank you! :D I love the shoes! ive only had them for a little bit but i was wearing them around the office at work and picking things up with my toes! it was awesome!
Tomorrow they are getting the offtrail test! So we will see >: )

@desertanimal
Im so excited to get jogging in these but i read you have to take it very slow if you arnt used to barefoot jogging. Ive got some experience with it, but this way i dont have to look out for glass bottles and other trash as much :realhot:

@everyone else
Thank you!! Im always trying to get to the photo level of some of the other awesome photographers on here!

Yes. The challenge for me is to not push off. I always want to because that's how I walk. I know several people who run marathons in them. I only go 3 miles. :)

Loving the yellow on her neck! It really pops!

A sidenote - I love the shoes also :) I use them for running, but I have some NASTY blisters right now which is causing other pain because I'm favoring certain areas of my feet :( Gotta stop so they can heal! ... it's just so hard to do...

Hmm. Do you use socks with them?

I don't =/ But it sounds like maybe I should start...

I've been wondering for a while, and maybe you guys can help me. Corns are really my hobby rather than my husbands. He likes them just fine, but isn't obsessed like I am ;) But I'm trying to get him to pick a morph that he really likes so he can feel like a little more of a part of this... he really likes these lovely Anerys, and wants an anery stripe - but doesn't like how faded the stripes turn out on a lot of the pictures he's seen. Now, I notice that your beautiful baby still seems pretty dark - is it possible to determine which ones will stay pretty dark and which ones will fade out as hatchlings? Am I completely making this up and no one knows what I'm talking about? ;) He really just wants a grey snake with black racing stripes... (what a guy! :D) ...sorry if this is inappropriate for the thread...

A big part of how i picked this little lady out was looking at the parents! they both had great yellow and super dark! When you pick out your stripe look at pics of the parents and pick out a super dark high contrast baby. All corns fade or change somewhat. This little lady looked like she was painted black and white when we got her so i knew she would have some great markings!

I didnt think I was into the anery morph till I picked her up and shes a 'bute!

Also, I love my new shoes :3 took them out for a test jog this morning and I will def say they gave me a work out! I only did a half jog then walked the rest of the way, and its only a two mile run in the mornings, but they are giving my toes a work out!

I love the way the ground feels under my feet now, if you like that natural barefoot feeling, these are awesome!

@everyone
Thank you again! Im so happy spring is here! I will be able to get more pics finally! hah!

There's nothing like a lovely anery! Anery stripes come in a variety of color intesities. You need to look at the parents to perhaps get an idea how a hatchling will turn out. My first anery stripe had dark stripes on a light background. I currently have a dark anery stripe subadult female, but her ground color is pretty dark as well. She is a granddaughter of that first anery stripe od mine. I recently took some updated photos of her, but still need to crop and resize them for posting. In the meantime, you can search "Umeko" to see some not-quite-as-recent photos of her.
