WOOO-HOOO!!! I was actually getting nervous after reading some of the horror stories. Had a bit of an issue getting him back in the tank (he started crawling out of the bowl as I was easing him down and he took off, but I caught him -- gently -- before he fell), but seems fine.

Congrats! I was so nervous too before the first feeding, but now I realized he isn't a problem feeder.

I was hoping all would go well for you. It's always one heck of a relief when you see that moose go down. :)

I still have that reaction every time I get a new baby: how am I ever going to find a pinkie small enough for this shoestring of a snake to eat?!? I swear, hatchings get a self-satisfied smirk on their faces after they eat. :)
