First Feeding :)

Milksnaker Imposterating!
I had a lot of anxiety today hoping that I could get my guy to eat smoothly and keep everything he ate inside. SO many threads seem to have some horror stories about fasting, regirges and just simply not wanting to eat or being picky.

Well, Albie's first meal (at home) went perfectly. He was being fussy about being held and didn't like the little tub I had put him in at all, but when I dropped that pinky in he looked at it, and one sniff with his tongue and his mouth was open finding an angle he could fit in! Huge relief!

About thirty seconds later the mouse was out of sight and a thick mass was moving back towards his midsection. He looked happy and ready to go. If it was me, it would be naptime!

At any rate, I'm thrilled that it went smoothly, some fears are gone now.

It's always nice when they eat great the first time. I'm still fighting with a few problem snakes and I wouldn't wish that stress on anyone.

Congrats on your first feeding. :)

Thanks! He's acting like it never happened. Now if only I could adopt the same sentiment, LOL!
