He guys first time corn owner, Owned one other snake before in my life a redtail boa. Been looking at getting a corn for a while and as fate would have it a customer at where I work found a snake in our store, the little guy is terribly emaciated and dehydrated. But my boss let me take him home and I am trying to get this guys healthy again. Found out after I got him home that it is a Topaz Corn. Beautiful snake. And I work at a reputable Pet store in Indianapolis, Not petco or petsmart. Got a thread going over in the Health section for advice. But, anyway nice to meet everyone! Names Jon by the way.

Your normal is better looking than a topaz anyways :)
I just found my snake thats been MIA for two months, without food and water. It's been 5 days, I gave her a soak and drink then fed her the following day once temps were proper. She's bounced back like nothing ever happened. When we found her, she barely moved, looked disorientated...Seriously thought she wouldn't make it. So with some TLC, hopefully yours will be 100% in no time.
Good luck with your lil guy!

Thanks for the response. I have actually been throwing around the idea of breeding some type of snake for a few years. My Favorite are corns, and milks come in second. Genetics fascinate me!

Hey Jon! :wavey: Sorry to hear about the little guy. :( It's good that he has someone to care for him. I wish you luck on getting him back to good health!
