Flame: Mid '07 Creamsicle Progression Thread

Now that I have a camera, and tons of spare time, I will be taking lots of pictures of Flame. I figured that since he still has some to grow, that I would start a progression thread for him.

As far as Flame goes, I am very happy with his colors. He is maintaining a bright orange color, and it's getting brighter every time he sheds. The first picture here does no justice to his colors. The second picture is a little more accurate.

Thanks Dean. He's tipping the scales at a nice 50 grams. He's not exactly a monster, but with his shenanigans lately I'm not complaining. :)

In other news, I plan to take some more pictures tomorrow. He's a little bit more calm now, which hopefully will provide me with some better pictures. I obtained an old flash that I can better diffuse light with, so I'm going to mess around with that and see what I can do in the ways of lighting.
 
Ugh... Accidentally deleted the pictures in the OP on Photobucket. Oh well, I have more.

Flame was being a spaz while I took these so I set him down on my bed, which happens to be the only place where he'll chill out for some reason. I did, and my big bad camera must have scared the crap out of him (quite literally) and I got a gift on my sheets. :awcrap:

I hope to be getting some more pictures up today. I've been on vacation for the past month so I haven't had any chance to take any pictures of Flame. And he's not very photogenic.

Flame is 23 inches long and weighs a nice 60 grams. He's eating well and is gaining more confidence. I see him coming out of his hide more and more.
