Check out the Bean Farm> That is where I got mine from Also don't forget you may need more clips than you realize (I did). and maybe some Aluminum Foil Tape.

I got my heat tape and all the accessories from the Bean farm. They were very helpful and quick to answer my questions. Can't go wrong there.
