Free snakes to good home(s) BP and corn

I didn't know where to post this..........................

Sadly, I am offering my ball python, Sir Hiss and my blizzard corn Fiona up for adoption. I find myself in the middle of buying a new home, working too many hours, and coaching too many teams. He is very well taken care of, I just have found myself loosing the passion for keeping him. Sir Hiss is eleven months old, approximately 2' in length (I don't know his weight). He has eaten for me every single Friday since I have owned him and has developed a pretty impressive feeding responce (F/T mice). He is a very healthy, beautiful snake. He has never bitten or been agressive. Fiona was born on 7-22-05 and is also a very good feeder on pinky mice. She is not aggressive and has never musked.

If someone is interested, I will give the viv Sir Hiss lives in (90 something quart rubbermaid), all my UTH's, waterbowls, and hides for free. I'll give a UTH and a couple of water bowls with the blizzard corn, but would like to keep the 20 long aquarium she is in (unless someone really needs it too). I'll take the monetary losses to ensure a good home for Them. I live in Wichita KS, and would need him to be picked up here. I would also entertain the idea of meeting someone a short distance away. It sucks that I'm doing this, but I have no doubt that he'll be better off in the long run with someone else. Anyone who has questions/comments, please PM me.

So sorry to hear that you have to give up your cherished pets. But at least you will feel better knowing you are taking steps to ensure a good (and probably local) home. Maybe you can see them sometime, or even get one of their "kids" someday if the new owner breeds them and your circumstances change in the future.

Good luck - I am happy to see such a responsible pet owner as yourself!

Good luck rehousing them. I'm sure you will very quickly. If I lived a 'little bit' closer then I'd happily take them for you. Best of luck with everything...

I'm probably willing to make the trip, cuz i just so happen to be looking for a blizzard corn and my fiance is looking for a BP to replace his BP that died over the winter.....

Your set up would be just right, just gotta get there!

that would be super...I'd love to see them go to the same home. That's quite a trip though! When were you thinking of coming down?

SOOOOO Interested!!!

Hi, It's lilivoryflower from the forum. I would LOVE to adopt your blizzard and BP. I have a lot of experience with corns, love them to death, they are always pets first, lots of love and affection, I would give her a great home and my fiance would be happy to take your BP. Don't worry about the distance, We have been thinking of taking a roadtrip anyway and theres a possable breeding loan for one of my males along the way, just another excuse to go I guess! LOL.

The only problem is that I am in college right now, about to graduate in May. Is there any way you could hold them for me until then. If you would, I would be willing to send a deposit for them. Let me know, I am so interested, this would be a perfect setup.

Thanks a bunch!!

~Emily~
