If you vacuum seal the pack, then yes I believe they'd last about a year. However, by that time you might start noticing little white spots on the bodies of the mice. That's freezer-burn, and will occur sooner if you don't vacuum seal them. It's not dangerous, but it is an indicator that the mice are losing their nutritional value. Which is natural over time.
I believe they'd last at least six months, probably more, although mine tend never to hang around that long... I usually buy about 6 weeks supply at a time and the mice/rats are always okay after this length of time.
