I am not a big fan of feeding live so I buy from Rodentpro and they have a sale going on right now. Pretty cheap on certain sizes of rats, mice, etc. The sale ends on Thurs. i think, so i am going to stock up.

Been trying to let people that I know that feed frozen know in case they aren't on the mailing list.

At best I think they're about 5o/5o, and that's being generous.

Supplimental supply is their tag at best- dirty mice, sickly looking rats, blah blah- the list goes on.

Despite their slicker than slick website they stil behave poorly on the phone and their "Well if you need it you'll have to come to me!" attitude is the worst sort of business practice.
 
I'm sorry but I have never had a problem with them. Do you have another supplier that you use that would be better? I am always open to suggestions.
 
People here really seem to like the big cheese and the mouse factory.
The only online order I've gotten was from rodent pro. I bought three bags, three different sizes, and they were all okay - no complaints. I know others here have had prob's though.
Now I get mine locally from a rodent breeder called Apex Rodents, so I don't have to worry about shipping costs, I just go pick them up at his house. :dancer:
 
Oh wow, I just checked rodent pros sale out. I think it would be cheaper for me to g et it from them, even with shipping costs. Check this out.

I have been using RodentPro for 3.5 years and they have been good to me. One time I placed an order that included jumbo adult mice and they called me to apologize and say that they were currently out of stock and listed options for me. They didn't delay my shipment and I got the mice as scheduled. So I do feel a sense of loyalty to them.

But I understand that not everybody may have had such a positive experience with them.
