As some of you may no i have a corn that the last few weeks has been eating but not digesting very well. Well i got home today with the adult mouse for him to eat and put them together in his eating enclousre. He struck at it twice and said the hell with it and does not care. He usally is a pretty aggressive eater as well. So not shure what to do just going to try in a few more hours, days and then weeks and hopfully get some better luck. LOL my longest post ever.

I would wait about a week before you try again- feeding him again soon will run the risk of stressing him out and putting him off on food.

Good luck...

Ok thats what i will do, just hope he eats again. This last month has been frustrating. Thanks for the help

I'd try something small next time, like a rat pink or a fuzzy. You could buy a couple, and if he eats one, offer the second. Nearly all my snakes, if on a feeding strike, will break it for a little snack like that.

Ok thanks naci i will try that. Im going to give him a few days and ill try something smaller. Thanks for the input. Hope this works out.

I just suckered three snakes into eating using this method, Sunday. But I thaw one small item, feed it, and if the snake goes for it, then quickly thaw another. I generally leave them alone, covered, for 30-60 minutes without checking, too, and make sure the prey is piping hot.
