My snake had his first full shed since I got him. I thought it was pretty amazing. I don't want to throw it away! What do you guys do with them? J toss them? Am I weird for wanting to keep the shed?
 
Not weird around here.
We have one framed and the plan is to spell out the snake's names with their sheds and frame them up:)
 
I keep every single one of my snakes' sheds and display them all in a ring binder with those plastic wallets, in order. I'm such a nerd. :crazy02:
 
My 6 year old brother that lives in wyoming thinks snakes are cool but my mom isnt so hip on the idea of having one. so every time Hema sheds a take a picture of him write his weight and send the skin to my little brother "he is helping me keep records of him" Its something we can do together even though i dont see my brother very much cause of college.
 
I'm currently storing my snake's first full shed in a box in my closet where I keep certain things of questionable legality.
 
i also put mine is one of those ring binders with the sheets that you peel back, but i put a piece of construction paper-slightly smaller the sticky page-down first so that it is easier to see the shed and i can always take it out later without it getting stuck to the page and ripping. it is kind of anal but it is neat to go back and see the size difference. the pic shows his first shed at my house compared to the most recent.
