Granite or pewter? :)

That looks like a pewter to me. I'd say your male is a granite and your female is a pewter het anery. Those babies should put out some interesting offspring if put back together in a few year. I have 2 adult pewters and they are completly different from each other. Neither one has any known hets. I hope you don't mind but I included a link so you can see how they look. :)

Alright, Good to know! :)

But I completely agree on that he looks more granite then she does..
I just got so confused when I saw her siblings...
I hate to mix anery and charcoal! haha ;)

I keept a 1.3 from these... The plan is to pair a female back to the father. And the other bred together... Should be interesting!

But I still have this problem; Should they be called whitesided or not?
And if so, the next question is; What exactly is a whitesided? etc etc etc!
Are all with white sides that are not pied called whitesided? Or is it just goood diffusion?
is it any diffrent between whitesided and great diffusion? etc etc
I could go on forever!! :p

Those are very interesting! should be fun to see the result of those bred together!
amazingly dark that female! Gorgeous!!!!

I just have to say wow on the great difussion. As said before perfect looking blood reds and amazing offspring all together. One of those granites is amazing. I look forward to seeing the offspring breed together.
