Gap in the glass door?

HI i have just seen my snow corn with its head and about 50mm through the joint where the glass doors slide past each other in the middle any one else with this and how to solve sutch a problem? any help please.

I've had this same thing happen myself, I used a piece of cereal box card, folded over until thick enough to nearly fill the gap between the doors from top to bottom, I then stuck it on the inside door, where the two doors overlap (you have to take both doors out to do this). Be careful not to have any tape or glue on the edge closest to the inside of the tank where your corn can stick his nose, you don't want your corn to be able to get stuck to it! I've used double sided sticky tape and blue tack, (you know the rubbery stuff you can stick pictures on the wall with) which is not as sticky as tape and probably safer :)

I've also heard of other people using draught excluder between the doors, thick enough for the snake not to be able to get out, but so there's enough space for the door to still open smoothly.

Hope that helps some, best wishes,

hi i had the same problem ,got a roll of insulation tape for house doors £1 and stuck that all the way up the front of the back piece, haws worked really well and the doors still slide.
